RESTORE + RECHARGE

Tue 7:30pm. This gentle, deep-stretch yoga class pulls from styles like Yin and restorative yoga and will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and relaxed. Take a break from the culture of immediacy and ground yourself in the present moment.

FOUNDATIONS

Wed 12pm. This class follows a lengthier flow which focuses on detail, precision, and alignment from a series of yoga poses. Here you will find support in every aspect: hands-on assistance and verbal guidance.

SLOW FLOW

Thur 6pm. Rest and settle on your mat. Expect to find complete relaxation in every pose. Increase circulation in the joints, improve flexibility, reduce stress and anxiety.

FIRE UP YOUR FRIDAY

Fri 11am. This fast paced breath to movement class will have you feeling energized. Offering a mind and body connection through balancing and rhythm.

SLOW FLOW MIX

Sat 9am. Traditional Vinyasa, breath-to-movement sequences, opens this hour and gently cascades you into restorative grounding poses. Here we explore Yin Yang, hot and cold.



We have a suggested donation of $25 for all of our classes. Please use the Green Bottle Guide (where the middle jar represents $25) to inform your contribution.

All donations go directly to support those who instruct and sustain the movement space.

Our classes are open to ALL. We aim to increase access to movement classes and lower barriers to a shared movement practice.

If contributing financially seems inaccessible for you at the moment, there are still many ways you can support! Consider making a conscious decision to do something else, like help drive community awareness, donate time toward community events, or rally others to join.
