I was tired of the fitness industry telling people that there is a certain way we're supposed to look and then profiting off these manufactured insecurities of some arbitrary aesthetic. So with just a dream that gyms can be a place where ALL bodies have value - every age, all sizes and shapes, all the unique expressions of gender, where diversity and agency are celebrated instead of stifled, and that aims to better serve disabled populations - I started Birch & Iron Fitness. Personal Training is my passion - I LOVE what I do and I'm really brilliant at it. I would love to invite you in to see if this little fitness space is something that's right for you, too.”

Programs
Your fitness program is built with your unique goals, strengths, and movement patterns in mind. We give you the exercises, instruction, and skill-building movement so that each workout is intentional and strategic. You'll feel and see how changing the way you move changes everything.

Classes
Birch & Iron Fitness now offers weekly yoga classes! Learn together with a combination of vinyasa flow and yin yoga sequences designed to harmonize the mind and body. This practice will increase the range of motion, aid in muscle recovery, promote relaxation and overall body awareness.

Consultation
We love doing consultations!! It's an opportunity to meet with a trainer, share your goals, and get a flavor for what a custom Birch & Iron program looks like. We'll ask you to move in a few different patterns (body weight movements, hip & shoulder mobility/ stability, etc.) - there's no wrong way to move! You can expect to leave this 45-60 minute appointment knowing your body better and taking a program for a “test drive”.
